Eric Dane, Dr. McSteamy of 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'Euphoria' star, dies of ALS at 53

Actor Eric Dane, best known for wooing Grey's Anatomy audiences as plastic surgeon Dr. Mark "McSteamy" Sloan, has died following a public battle with ALS.

A TV star whose career spanned from Saved By The Bell to Euphoria and beyond, Dane died Thursday (Feb 19), his publicist announced in a statement. He was 53.
