Culinary extravaganza offers more than 100 dishes

FAIRWAY Coffee House of M Resort and Hotel Kuala Lumpur presents “Santapan Iftar” this Ramadan, designed to unite families and communities in the spirit of togetherness.

Santapan Iftar promises to offer a memorable experience that goes beyond a simple meal.

Diners will get to immerse in a culinary extravaganza featuring more than 100 dishes.

From traditional specialities to international delights, the restaurant’s menu is a testament to the richness of the season.

Highlights include Kambing Golek, Ayam Percik Madu, Sup Gear Box, Daging Masak Kalio, Siput Sedut Lemak and Rendang Ayam.

Then there are local treasures such as Serunding Daging, Udang Sambal Petai, Ayam Masak Merah, Kambing Kuzi, Gulai Ketam Nanas, satay, kebab, ikan bakar, roti john, pasembur and assorted kerabu.

Crowd favourites such as seafood on ice, sushi and sashimi, Mixed Lobster with Prawn, Singapore Chilli Crab, Chicken Shawarma, Kam Heong Clams, Nyonya Assam Laksa, Lamb Tandoori and Chicken Chop with Cheese Sauce will also be served.

The dessert spread ranges from time-honoured classics to innovative creations such as Biscoff Swiss Roll, Burnt Cheesecake, Apple Tartin, Durian Choux, Dates Almond Tart, Jackfruit Financier and Mango Carrot Cake, plus a variety of kuih and bubur.

The Santapan Iftar buffet is available from the first day of Ramadan, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

It is priced at RM198nett per adult and RM99nett per child.

Senior citizens are entitled to a 30% discount.
