Sourdough pizzas to shake up Sunway dining scene

Gordon Ramsay’s sourdough pizzas accompanied by hot wings, dirty fries, drinks and live music will make an appearance soon at Sunway Pyramid.

SUNWAY Resort Hotel in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya is set to shake up the food scene with the launch of Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza concept, the first in South-East Asia.

Created in St Paul’s, London in 2018, Street Pizza is touted as the destination for bottomless sourdough pizzas accompanied by live music and vibrant activities.

This cutting-edge brand promises pizza without rules, and only the best ingredients are used to make its pizzas, featuring classic margherita to innovative toppings such as corn and chorizo.

They will be accompanied by a mouth-watering menu of hot wings, dirty fries and drinks, including craft beers and cocktails.

Diners will be able to watch live sports on big screens and every aspect of the guest experience is connected by a world-class mobile app that celebrates loyalty in every sense.

There is plenty of merchandise such as hoodies and caps for guests to get their hands on, while its private parties are billed as legendary.

Scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2023, this dynamic dining venue will command prime position in Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, directly connected to the newly transformed Sunway Resort Hotel via an air-conditioned walkway.

Street Pizza has introduced its rule-breaking mantra to pizza lovers across the United Kingdom (Battersea, Southwark, St Paul’s, Liverpool and Edinburgh).

Internationally it has hit Dubai, the United Arab Emirates; Seoul, South Korea; and Doha, Qatar; with Washington DC in the US later this year.

The launch in Malaysia forms part of the brand’s vision to have a world with a Street Pizza on every corner.
