When it was first launched a few years ago, PC Studio Café had a token number of plant-based options on its menu – in line with the thinking at the time.

But at the end of 2019, the restaurant underwent a metamorphosis of sorts when the team behind the café realised that there were opportunities in the plant-based space that they could tap into.
