Food and beverage service manager K. Ramesh said the culinary team had put together an authentic array for this year’s Ramadan buffet dinner.
“We have a variety of the best modern and traditional dishes from various states.
“Over 100 traditional Pahang dishes are available to entice palates, ” he said.
Among the special local dishes are Beriani Gam, Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin Temerloh, Opor Daging Pekan, Ayam Percik, Gulai Kawah and Kambing Golek.
The Ramadan buffet also offers delightful local desserts and appetisers.
Ramesh said hotel guests and walk-in diners would also be able to enjoy breaking fast in a relaxing and cosy environment in The Garden Terrace Coffee House.
Soothing cascading water and Ghazal background music will add more calm to the atmosphere.
The Ramadan buffet is priced at RM75 nett per adult and RM50 nett for children and senior citizens.
