Authentic Malaysian and international dishes await this Ramadan at a hotel in Shah Alam’s city centre.

Mardhiyyah Hotel and Suites in Section 14 is serving up the “Destinasi Rasa 3.0” buffet.

Highlights include Kambing Golek, Gulai Kambing Batang Pisang Kenduri Kampung, Smoked Thai Papaya Salad and Thai boat noodles.

The kawah section offers Daging Salai Masak Lemak Bersama Maman and Ikan Patin Sungai Masak Tempoyak Bersama Timun Tua.

Guests can also partake in Lamb Shoulder Kuzi, Daging Rendang Tok, Ayam Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api Kampung, Daging Goreng Minang, nasi kandar paired with Kari Ikan Tenggiri or Ikan Merah, Ayam Masak Madu, Ayam Goreng Berempah or Daging Hitam Manis, or even a Middle Eastern Chicken Kabsah.

Other hot dishes on offer include Ikan Salmon Bakar Sos Thai, Bubur Lambuk Daging Rusa, Sup Pekat Tulang Kambing Berempah, asam laksa and prawn mee.

Meanwhile, the dessert section beckons with Serawa Durian, Sago Gula Melaka, Pandan Tiramisu, bread and butter pudding, Belgian waffles, chocolate fountain and assorted cakes.

“Destinasi Rasa 3.0” buffet is available at Royale Songket Restaurant until March 19, from 6.30pm to 10pm, priced at RM185nett per adult, RM145nett per senior citizen (aged 60 and over) and RM100nett per child (aged four to 11).
