PETALING JAYA: Widad Group Bhd
has appointed Nor Azlan Zainal as its group managing director and group chief executive officer, as well as its group chief financial officer or CFO.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said Nor Azlan (56) is currently an independent non-executive director and chairman of the board’s audit committee and risk management and sustainability committee of Mikro MSC Bhd.
Additionally, Widad also announced the appointment of Tengku Datuk Shaifuddin Tengku Datuk Jamaluddin (56) as its chairman.
Widad also appointed Isyraf Widad Tan Sri Muhammad Ikmal Opat as its executive director.
Isyraf Widad (31) is the son of Tan Sri Muhammad Ikmal Opat, a substantial shareholder of the company.
