Exsim Hospitality bags RM63.5mil interior design job


PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a RM63.5mil contract from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd for design and build of interior design works.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim Hospitality said it was awarded the contract through its wholly-owned subsidiary, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd.

The contract has a duration of five months, beginning from July 9, 2026, and is scheduled to be completed on Dec 31, 2026.

“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract and / or the contract works.

“Nevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur.”

EXSIM Concepto is principally involved in providing specialised fit-out services for hospitality property assets, general contracting business and centralised procurement business. Meanwhile, Cosmopolitan Avenue is involved in investment property and commercial property development.

Exsim Hospitality’s share price closed unchanged at 42 sen today.
