Aemulus secures orders worth RM8mil


PETALING JAYA: Aemulus Holdings Bhd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aemulus Corp Sdn Bhd has secured new orders with a cumulative amount worth RM8.24mil from a customer in Singapore for the delivery of test systems for the data centre / artificial intelligence market.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the revenue from the said new secured orders shall be recognised progressively upon delivery of the systems.

“The secured orders are expected to be fulfilled within the financial years 2026 and 2027.

“The secured orders are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the company for the financial years 2026 and 2027.”

Aemulus said the secured orders are not expected to have any material effect on the net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2026.

“The secured orders will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Aemulus.”
