PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd (Exsim) has secured a contract from Dynamicz Sdn Bhd for demolition and architecture works in Damansara Perdana, Selangor, worth RM66.81mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim said the date of commencement of the contract shall be on July 3, 2026 and is scheduled for completion on Feb 2, 2027, with a duration of seven months.
The company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of Exsim throughout the duration of the contract works.
“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the letter of award and/or the contract works.
“Nevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur.”
