Brahmal is CTOS chairman

PETALING JAYA: CTOS Digital Bhd has appointed Brahmal Vasudevan as its chairman with effect from today.

In a statement, CTOS said Brahmal will succeed Datuk Noorazman Abd Aziz, who is retiring.

“Brahmal, 57, is the founder of Creador Sdn Bhd, a leading private equity firm in Asia. He has been the chief executive officer of Creador since 2011.

Prior to that, from 2000 to 2011, he served as the general partner and managing director of ChrysCapital Investment Advisor (S) Pte Ltd.

Between 1990 to 2000, he served in various roles which include branding, consulting, marketing, strategy and business development in South-East Asia and the United Kingdom.

The companies that he served in during this period include Malaysian Tobacco Bhd, The Boston Consulting Group International Inc, British American Tobacco PLC (United Kingdom) and Astro All Asia Networks PLC (now known as Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd).

Separately, CTOS announced the appointment of Datuk Iswaraan Suppiah as a director of the company.
