Critical Holdings wins RM772mil job from MNC


PETALING JAYA: Critical Holdings Bhd has secured an engineering, procurement and construction contract worth RM772.49mil for the development of a state-of-the-art industrial facility incorporating a high-technology automated storage and retrieval system warehouse and supporting infrastructure at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract was secured from a “renowned US based multinational corporation” or MNC which supplies wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

“The aforesaid works are expected to commence on June 15, 2026 and are scheduled for completion by Dec 15, 2027.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial years ending June 30, 2027 and June 30, 2028.”

To date, the current order book of the group stands at approximately RM1.06bil.
