KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank
Bhd has fully redeemed its existing US$500 million senior unsecured notes issued under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the bank said the senior unsecured notes, which were issued on June 29, 2021, have been fully redeemed at their nominal value.
Following the redemption, the notes will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd and Labuan International Financial Exchange Inc. - Bernama
