Mohd Rizal Zubair steps down as Country Heights CEO to pursue personal interests

KUALA LUMPUR: Country Heights Holdings Bhd's chief executive officer (CEO) Mohd Rizal Zubair has resigned to pursue other personal goals, effective today.

Mohd Rizal was appointed CEO on April 15, 2026.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the property developer clarified that the resignation is not due to any disagreement with the board on matters relating to the group's operations, policies, financial affairs, corporate governance, or any other matter that would require disclosure pursuant to the main market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

"The group's business operations and ongoing projects continue to operate in the ordinary course of business and remain unaffected by the resignation.

"Pending the appointment of a successor, the day-to-day operations of the group will continue to be managed by the senior management team under the oversight and guidance of the board,” it added. - Bernama
