PETALING JAYA: Wil-Key Bhd is eyeing a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
The company is a civil and environmental engineering service provider, specialising in the construction of civil and environmental infrastructure, supply and installation of geosynthetic systems, as well as supply of related products and services.
In its prospectus exposure, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 88.46 million new ordinary shares.
TA Securities Holdings Bhd is the sponsor for the company’s IPO.
The company said proceeds from the IPO will be for the purchase of new machinery, expansion of workforce and repayment of bank borrowings.
“Leveraging our established capabilities in civil and environmental engineering, particularly in civil and environmental infrastructure construction and geosynthetic installation for biogas facilities, we intend to expand into engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for renewable energy facilities, particularly biogas power generation facilities.
“This expansion aligns with the growing demand for renewable, environmentally sustainable infrastructure solutions across the industrial and agricultural sectors,” it said.
