Willowglen unit lands two Singapore contracts worth RM46.6mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Willowglen MSC Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has been awarded a contract valued at approximately RM39.42 million by SP PowerAssets Limited, Singapore, for the refresh of the Distribution Management System (DMS) partial discharge monitoring systems.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the technological solutions company said that the contract commenced today and is scheduled for completion by Dec 2, 2034.

"It is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026, to 2034,” it said.

Meanwhile, the same subsidiary has been awarded a contract valued at approximately RM7.14 million by Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd, Singapore, for the supply of labour, materials and equipment for security system installation with cable containment and power provision, including testing and commissioning.

The contract commenced on May 18, 2026, and is scheduled for completion by Oct 31, 2028.
