KUALA LUMPUR: HEYDOC Health and medical cost-sharing platform We Kongsi are expanding access to outpatient care for more than 8,000 members nationwide, with services set to roll out in the third quarter of 2026.

Under the collaboration, eligible members will gain access to telemedicine consultations, in-person clinic visits and cashless treatment at more than 4,500 clinics across Malaysia.

The initiative extends We Kongsi’s existing model, which has facilitated over RM3.4mil in medical cost-sharing support since its launch three years ago.

We Kongsi said the move reflects rising demand for more affordable primary care as Malaysians continue to face increasing outpatient healthcare costs.

“Many Malaysians delay seeking treatment simply because of cost and that is a problem we cannot ignore,” said We Kongsi chief executive officer Tan Chun Sian.

“This collaboration is not just about expanding benefits, it is about strengthening the support system behind every member, so no one has to choose between their health and their finances,” he added.

HEYDOC Health founder and chief executive officer Dr Raymond Choy said the partnership integrates digital healthcare access with physical clinic networks.

“Healthcare should not be complicated, fragmented, or inaccessible. Through this partnership with We Kongsi, we are building something different - a community healthcare model that combines digital convenience with real clinic access, making everyday care simpler and more connected for members,” he said.

Eligible members will be able to access the outpatient benefits from third quarter of 2026, with further details on eligibility and enrolment to be shared ahead of launch.
