Kerjaya Prospek unit bags construction job in Seremban for RM174.2mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract from RB Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of IJM Land Bhd, for the construction of a main building and external works in Seremban for RM174.2mil.

It said in a stock exchange filing the contracts entails the completion of a 44-storey main building, which comprises a block of 778 serviced apartments, 15 retail units, two private offices, six levels of parking, apartment facilities, a main switch station, guardhouse, waste storage area, unipole structure and an other facilities area. 

The contract will commence on June 1, 2026, and be completed within 35 months. It is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next three years.
