7-Eleven Malaysia declares 1.35 sen interim dividend


KUALA LUMPUR: 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd (SEM) has declared an interim single-tier dividend of 1.35 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the convenience store operator said the dividend will be paid on 1.109 billion ordinary shares with voting rights.

The entitlement date has been fixed on May 4, 2026, with payment scheduled on May 15, 2026.

SEM closed unchanged at RM1.99.
