PETALING JAYA: Insights Analytics Bhd
's wholly owned subsidiary, Insights Analytics Technologies Sdn Bhd (IATSB), has secured a RM4.28mil contract from Sarawak Information Systems Sdn Bhd (SAINS) to provide maintenance and support services for the Intelli Water System.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said IATSB had accepted a letter of appointment dated July 10 from SAINS for the 36-month contract.
Under the fixed-price contract, IATSB will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Intelli Water System to ensure its availability, reliability and performance in accordance with the agreed service level agreement.
IATSB, formerly known as Exxor Technologies Sdn Bhd, provides water technology and intelligent asset management solutions, while SAINS is an information and communication technology services provider based in Sarawak.
Insights Analytics said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings throughout its duration.
The board said it does not foresee any material risks beyond normal operational risks associated with the project and will undertake the necessary measures to mitigate them.
