PETALING JAYA: PTT Synergy Group Bhd has broken ground on the development of its latest logistics facility, PTT Logistics Hub 2, at Elmina Business Park.

In a statement, the company said the facility will feature 289,000 sq ft of warehouse space and a capacity of 51,000 pallets to enable tenants to efficiently scale operations with consistent execution.

The project is targeted for completion in the second half of 2027.

The company said PTT Logistics Hub 2 will be purpose-built to support fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chains, particularly home appliances and bulky consumer products requiring structured storage and reliable movement.

Hub 2 will incorporate advanced intralogistics and automation technologies to enhance throughput, accuracy and inventory control, supporting stronger service levels, it said.

PTT group managing director Teo Swee Phin said the development reflects its continued focus on delivering industrial infrastructure that enables businesses to compete more effectively.

“Today’s supply chains demand speed, consistency and reliability. PTT Logistics Hub 2 is designed to deliver these outcomes at scale, supporting our tenants’ growth while

strengthening Malaysia’s logistics ecosystem,” he said.

Its PTT Logistics Hub 1 has been fully occupied by FMCG tenants since commencing operations in Jul 2025.
