Nestle (Malaysia) Bhd is exploring a potential sale of its ice cream business to UK-based Froneri.

MISC Bhd has secured long-term bareboat charter, and operations and maintenance contracts for Papua New Guinea’s first floating storage and offloading unit.

IHH Healthcare Bhd’s Singapore unit, Northern TK Venture, has amended its injunctive claim in an ongoing legal dispute with Daiichi Sankyo Co Ltd with regards to the acquisition of shares and any other investment and corporate exercises in Fortis Healthcare Ltd and its subsidiary Malar Hospitals Ltd.

Atlan Holdings Bhd’s indirect subsidiary has shut down its 13-year duty-free operations at Berjaya Waterfront Johor Bahru after its business licences were not renewed despite multiple attempts.

FBG Holdings Bhd, formerly known as Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd, said its wholly-owned subsidiary FBG Builder Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM238.1mn contract from an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of IGB Bhd  for the development of a 25-storey hotel building block.

Bina Puri Holdings Bhd has proposed to dispose of its entire 50.0% equity in KL-Kuala Lumpur Expressway Bhd to Arena Irama for RM77.0mn cash.

Jentayu Sustainables Bhd’s group managing director Datuk Beroz Nilmak Mirdin has brought the company and 15 requisitionists of a proposed extraordinary general meeting to court in a bid to block the EGM from being held.

Cape EMS Bhd will prioritise consistent profitability and disciplined execution over the next 12 to 24 months under its strategic transformation roadmap, CEB 2.0.
