Crest Builder unit secures RM56.88mil job

PETALING JAYA: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary, CBTech (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM56.88mil contract from Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd, as the subcontractor for the electrical services of the proposed commercial development Phase 1A retail mall and Phase 1C office Tower 1 located in Bandar Sri Damansara, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract will commence on Sept 1, 2026, with the completion date scheduled for March 17, 2028.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026, and onwards.

With this new win, the group’s mechanical and electrical outstanding order book stands at approximately RM250mil.

Adding this to its construction segment’s RM1.6bil, the group’s total outstanding order book stands at about RM1.9bil, providing earnings visibility over the next three years.
