EcoWorld Malaysia bids for S’pore land


The leasehold land is located at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue in Singapore, measuring some 4,283 sq m.

KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd’s (EcoWorld Malaysia) subsidiary, Eco World Development (S) Pte Ltd, has submitted a bid for a land in Singapore for a tender consideration of S$208.1mil (RM667.62mil) to the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

“The decision on the award of the tender will be made after all bids have been evaluated,” the company said in its filings with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

The leasehold land is located at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue in Singapore, measuring some 4,283 sq m.

EcoWorld Malaysia registered RM3.28bil in sales in the first seven months of financial year 2026, achieving 82% of its RM4bil full-year target.

Residential properties accounted for more than half of the sales, while commercial properties contributed another 12%.
