Zetrix AI's net profit rises to RM220.36mil in 3Q25

KUALA LUMPUR: Zetrix AI Bhd's net profit improved to RM220.36 million in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (3Q 2025), from RM195.05 million in the same quarter last year.

Revenue increased to RM341.65 million from RM248.13 million in 3Q 2024, supported by the contribution from web3 application service fees on the Zetrix blockchain platform, such as the Malaysia Blockchain Infrastructure (MBI), ZTrade, ZCert, global voting applications and Digital ID registrations and transactions.

"Contribution from the sale of Zetrix tokens and fair value gain from the investment in Heitech Padu Bhd as a result of mark-to-market practice also had driven its revenue higher," it said in a statement.

For the nine months of financial year 2025 (9M2025), Zetrix AI’s net profit increased to RM601.15 million from RM516.42 million in 9M2024, while revenue rose to RM949.53 million from RM723.37 million previously.

Moving forward, the group expects to continue its initiatives to drive its organic growth, which includes the commercialisation of innovative services as Zetrix becomes widely adopted.

"With the operationalisation of MBI with MIMOS Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd, the opportunities for Zetrix will be further enhanced.

"Furthermore, Zetrix’s integration with China’s national blockchain platform, Xing Huo, will ease cross-border trade, and it will be the group’s foray into the global market," it said.

Zetrix AI also intends to leverage the evolving artificial intelligence (AI) technology to develop Agentic AI, which can operate and perform tasks without any human supervision.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Zetrix AI is cautiously optimistic that the long-term outlook for AI remains positive as it continues to introduce innovative services in Malaysia, as well as globally. - Bernama
