Advancecon bags contracts worth RM25mil


PETALING JAYA: Advancecon Holdings Bhd has accepted two letters of acceptance (LoAs) totalling RM25.1mil from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the execution of earthworks and other related works at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Klang, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the earthworks and civil engineering service provider said the contracts span a period of 20 months, commencing from Nov 6, 2025 to July 5, 2027.

“The award also reinforces Advancecon’s continued expansion within Selangor, one of the nation’s most dynamic property markets,” it said .

In a statement, Advancecon group chief executive officer Datuk Phum Ang Kia said the latest win further consolidates the company’s foothold in Selangor, where it continues to play a key role in supporting Malaysia’s property and infrastructure ecosystem.

“Our continued collaboration across projects such as Bandar Bukit Raja and Serenia City reflects our shared commitment to delivering sustainable infrastructure and quality urban development.”
