Malaysia’s journey towards affordable homes thus far

Malaysia is working extremely hard to make sure everyone, especially those in the bottom 40% income group (B40), has a good and affordable place to live. From a property perspective, it is important to understand what is being done, the progress achieved and the ongoing challenges.
