PETALING JAYA: Gold Li Holdings Bhd anticipates its financial performance for the financial year ending Jan 31, 2027 to remain challenging.
For its second quarter ended July 31, 2026, the property developer reported a net loss of RM3.89mil on revenue of RM7mil.
There are no comparative figures for the preceding year’s corresponding quarter and year-to-date as there is no interim financial report prepared for the comparative financial period concerned.
Gold Li said the revenue was mainly derived from the group’s property development projects, comprising sales of properties under construction, namely Taman Lantapuri and Taman Wiramas 2, as well as sales of completed properties in Taman Muhibah Jaya, Taman Kesang Mawar and Taman Sri Jorak.
Gold Li attributed its net loss mainly to the one-off initial public offering-related expenses incurred in connection with the group’s listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities, coupled with the increase in administrative expenses incurred during the current financial quarter.
Gold Li was listed on the ACE Market on May 18.
