Samaiden Group Berhad will build and operate a solar facility on 400-acre land in Pasir Mas, Kelantan with a maximum export capacity of 99.99MWac, supplying clean electricity to Tenaga Nasional Berhad under a 23-year power purchase agreement.

Pestech International Berhad secured a RM270.41mn contract from controlling shareholder Dhaya Maju Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn Bhd for Phase 2 of the Klang Valley electric double track project.

Jati Tinggi Group Berhad was awarded a RM161.45mn contract by Tenaga Nasional Berhad to develop a 275kV bulk supply connection to a Johor data centre.

Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust announced that its IPO has been oversubscribed by 1.49 times ahead of its listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Bursa Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries will be closed on June 2, 2025 (Monday), in conjunction with the official birthday of the King, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar.

Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd reported a 22.4% YoY increase in net profit to RM40mn in 3QFY24, driven by improved operating margin and lower operating costs.

RHB Bank Berhad reported a 2.7% YoY increase in net profit to RM750.03mn for 1QFY2025, supported by higher net interest income (+7.3% YoY) on loan growth and a 51% drop in credit loss allowances.

Hong Leong Bank Berhad recorded a 9.4% YoY decline in 3QFY2025 net profit to RM946.69mn, dragged by RM407.6mn in dilution losses from two China-based firms and lower earnings from associate companies.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad posted a 5.5% YoY drop in net profit to RM401.26mn in 1QFY2025, mainly due to 5G access and device costs, despite a slight 0.5% rise in revenue to RM2.85bn.

Axiata Group Berhad posted a 166% YoY surge in net profit to RM159.84mn for 1QFY2025, driven by lower depreciation, cost savings, forex gains, and higher contribution from CelcomDigi Berhad.

MISC Berhad saw a 7% YoY decline in 1QFY2025 net profit to RM705.7mn, as all business segments posted weaker contributions.

Genting Plantations Berhad registered a 43% YoY rise in 1QFY2025 net profit to RM61.26mn, on higher palm oil prices and robust downstream sales, which more than offset seasonally lower upstream production.

IOI Properties Group Berhad reported a 65.4% YoY decline in 3QFY2025 net profit to RM76.13mn, due to higher interest expense.

Sime Darby Property Berhad posted a 4.2% YoY decline in 1QFY2025 net profit to RM118.41mn, amid higher tax expenses and internal eliminations that offset better contributions from the property and asset management divisions.

Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad recorded a 37% YoY jump in 1QFY2025 net profit to RM46.1mn, supported by a 40% YoY increase in revenue to RM472mn on stronger construction progress.

AirAsia X Berhad reported a 37.3% YoY decline in 1QFY2025 net profit to RM50.21mn, as higher operating expenses outweighed a 3.4% YoY revenue growth to RM940.08mn.

7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad saw a 17.2% YoY drop in 1QFY2025 net profit to RM10.63mn, impacted by expansion costs related to its 7-Café initiative.
