KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM20.98mil work order from Intim Reno Sdn Bhd for renovation works for 62 units of offices at Tower D, Exsim Tower, at Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
It said in a bourse filing the overall completion of the works shall be three months from the date of the work order on Dec 13, 2024.
"The acceptance of the work order by Exsim Concepto to undertake the sub-contract Works is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the Company throughout the duration of the Sub-Contract Works," said the company.
