PETALING JAYA: ISF Group Bhd has secured four contracts with a combined value of RM83.2mil for a hyperscale data centre project in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
In a statement, the end-to-end piping solutions provider said the contracts were awarded by an established Malaysian-based civil engineering and building construction group.
“Of the total, three contracts worth approximately RM73.3mil involve cold water systems, rainwater harvesting systems, water reticulation and sanitary services for the data centre development.
“The fourth contract, valued at approximately RM9.9mil, covers external sewerage infrastructure works. The contracts are scheduled for completion in stages between November 2026 and July 2028.”
With these four contract wins, ISF said its unbilled order book has increased to RM225.5mil, providing the group with greater earnings visibility through the financial year ending Dec 31, 2029.
Separately, ISF said it is in the early stages of exploring opportunities to expand into larger-scale water infrastructure projects in Malaysia, particularly water treatment plants and non-revenue water reduction initiatives.
“These potential growth avenues could broaden the group’s project portfolio and complement its existing piping expertise,” it said.
ISF Group managing director Jeff Ai Boon Chen said the RM83.2mil contract was the group's largest to date, reflecting its growing capacity to undertake larger and more complex projects.
He said Malaysia's expanding data centre industry continued to drive demand for supporting infrastructure, with data centre projects now accounting for a significant portion of ISF's business.
