WCT proposes Main Market listing for REIT

KUALA LUMPUR: WCT Holdings Bhd has proposed to list a real estate investment trust (REIT) on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The initial investment portfolio of the REIT will comprise retail properties currently owned by the subsidiaries or joint venture companies to be identified, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
