BEIJING: China's manufacturing activity grew at the fastest pace in more than three years due to production gains, even as demand growth slowed, a private sector survey showed on Monday, indicating the health of the sector remained robust.
The Caixin/S&P Global manufacturing PMI rose to 51.8 in June from 51.7 in the previous month, marking the fastest clip since May 2021 and surpassing analysts' forecasts of 51.2.
