KUALA LUMPUR: SNS Network Technology Bhd
's wholly-owned subsidiary SNS Network (M) Bhd has secured a RM1.22bil contract to supply high-performance servers to a data centre in Malaysia.
The contract, which represents the largest-ever secured by the group, comes from a Singapore-incorporated company that is principally engaged in the publishing of game software and applications.
"Beyond its value, the contract reflects our proven capability to deliver enterprise-grade AI infrastructure at scale and demonstrates the confidence that customers place in our technical expertise, execution capabilities and long-standing partnerships with global technology leaders.
"As AI adoption accelerates across industries, demand for high-performance computing infrastructure continues to grow. Leveraging our expertise in deploying AI servers, we are well-positioned to capture opportunities arising from increasing investments in AI data centres and enterprise AI deployments across the region," said SNS Network managing director Ko Yun Hang in a statement.
He added the contract reinforces SNS Network’s strategic focus on AI infrastructure and reflects the group's continued investments in expanding its AI capabilities.
