PETALING JAYA: Inspace Creation Bhd has secured subcontract works in relation to renovation and additional works for commercial properties, worth RM34.75mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Inspace said the contract was issued by a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia, which is principally involved in the construction industry.
“Due to the confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations, the identities of the main contractor and the employer of the project, the location of the project as well as certain specific details of the sub contract works are not disclosed in this announcement.”
Inspace said the commencement date of the sub contract works is Sept 21, 2026 and is expected to be completed by July 2028.
“The subcontract works are expected to contribute positively to the future revenue, earnings and net assets of the company and its subsidiaries over the duration of the subcontract works,” said the company.
