PETALING JAYA: Ecomate Holdings Bhd
has received a purchase order from a company (Customer C) for the subscription of 336 units of software licenses for a period of 60 months, worth RM16.66mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ecomate said Customer C is principally engaged as a solution provider and distributor of information and communication technology hardware and software.
“The purchase order will not have any effect on the company’s issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings.
“The purchase order is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the group throughout the duration of the purchase order,” it said.
Save for the normal operational risks, Ecomate said it is not aware of any other risk factors which may arise from the purchase order.
“The board, after having considered all aspects of the purchase order, is of the opinion that the acceptance of the purchase order is within the ordinary course of business of the company and is in the best interest of the company.”
