KUALA LUMPUR: Spritzer Bhd
has proposed today to undertake a bonus issue on the basis of one bonus share for every two existing Spritzer shares held on an entitlement date to be determined later.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the proposed bonus issue is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2023.
