LABUAN: Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC) has a new franchise business, not the usual food and beverage (F&B) outlet, but a shoe cleaning and refurbishment store.

Ice Bear Shoe Master is a new franchise business established in March this year in Kuala Lumpur before it expanded to Labuan in late July.
