KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd
has secured an RM38mil engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SCIB said its wholly-owned subsidiary SCIB Properties Sdn Bhd accepted the letter of award from Masama Sdn Bhd.
The contract is for a proposed new road from Baleh Bridge/RH. Belaja, Ng. Benin/ SK. Ng. Pelagus/ Pelagus Resort (Phase1 – Section 1), Daerah Kapit, Sarawak.
SCIB said the formal agreement for the abovementioned contract shall be executed in due course.
The contract secured is expected to contribute positively to SCIB’s future earnings over the duration of the contract.
