Unisem to dispose of Indonesian assets for RM143mil


PETALING JAYA: Unisem (M) Bhd has proposed to disposed of its land and building held under two plots of land covering a total area of approximately 30,271 square meters in Indonesia for a total consideration of US$34mil (RM143.31mil) to PT Infineon Technologies Batam.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the semiconductor assembly and test services provider said its indirect subsidiary, PT Unisem, recently entered into a conditional sales and purchase agreement with PT Infineon Technologies Batam for the deal that would be satisfied entirely in cash upon closing.
