KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise
has launched the sales gallery for its latest development project, KAIA Heights, an exclusive hilltop high-rise condominium in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan.
In a statement, it said the 7.8-hectare low-density residential project will be constructed in two phases, each phase comprising two 30-storey towers, housing a total of 924 condominium units.
