KUALA LUMPUR: Dagang Nexchange Bhd
(DNeX) shareholders have approved the acquisition of a 60% stake in Silterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd (pic) from Khazanah Nasional Bhd for RM163.8mil to be satisfied entirely by cash.
Shareholders also approved the proposed diversification of DNeX’s principal activities to include the manufacturing, sale and marketing of semiconductor wafers, semiconductor-related tools and other related activities at its EGM yesterday.
