PETALING JAYA: Chin Hin Group Property Bhd
’s unit has proposed to acquire freehold land in Puchong, Selangor, for RM59.77mil cash.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, Chin Hin said its wholly owned subsidiary Boon Koon Commercial Sdn Bhd had received the letter of acceptance from Perumahan Kinrara Bhd to acquire the vacant commercial land measuring 13,881 sq m.
