JCBNext trims stake in Taiwanese-listed 104 Corp


PETALING JAYA: JcbNext Bhd has announced that it has disposed of a 2.08% stake in Taiwan-listed 104 Corp for RM19.26mil in the open market of the Taiwan Stock Exchange.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the digital marketing and advertising services company said it had sold a total of 689,782 million shares in 104 Corp between Oct 3, 2025 and April 16, 2026.

“The disposals are in line with the company's strategy of diversifying its investment portfolio and reducing concentration risk.

“Furthermore, the company will be able to utilise the disposal consideration to invest in other opportunities such as other listed equity securities or other private investments, that meet the company’s investment objectives, allowing for diversification of its investment portfolio.”
