Paramount and KHSB agree to extension

It will see Paramount accepting the rights granted by KHSB for a development of two contiguous parcels of leasehold commercial land in Section 14, Petaling Jaya.

PETALING JAYA: The development rights agreement between Paramount Corp Bhd and Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB) will be delayed following an extension of the conditions precedent to the agreement.

Paramount and KHSB have agreed to the extension and are in the process of determining the extended date.
