Country Garden to appeal to Federal Court over buyer’s dispute

JOHOR BARU: The developer of Country Garden Danga Bay is appealing to the Federal Court in its dispute with a house buyer over a RM1.6mil purchase.

Country Garden Danga Bay Sdn Bhd (CGDB) said in a statement that it has “reasonable basis to appeal”.
