Mega First inks shareholders deal for Laos hydropower project

KUALA LUMPUR: Mega First Corporation Bhd (MFCB) has signed a shareholders agreement with the Laos power company Electricite du Laos (EDL) and two other parties to regulate their participation in the company developing the hydropower project.
