Awanbiru secures RM8.68mil TH Plantations ERP system contract

PETALING JAYA: Awanbiru Technology Bhd has secured a contract from TH Plantations Bhd (THP) for the supply, implementation, configuration, testing, training, commissioning, support and maintenance of the Sage X3 Enterprise Resource Planning system for THP, worth RM8.68mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Awanbiru said the contract period will be 60 months from Oct 1, 2026 until Sept 30, 2031.

“This project aligns with the group's core objective of delivering innovative digital transformation solutions and services to its customers, and will contribute to the growth and success of the group.”

Barring unforeseen circumstances, Awanbiru said the acceptance of the contract is expected to have a positive impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the group over the contract period.

“Operational risks associated with project execution and potential delays during implementation, configuration, testing, training and commissioning may impact project timelines,” said the company.
