MALACCA: State-owned Kumpulan Melaka Bhd (KMB) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kerambit Sdn Bhd to develop the 29.2ha Melaka Integrated Defence Tecnoleisure Park in Brisu, Alor Gajah, for RM350mil over five years.
Kerambit, a licensed arms and ammunition dealer, and KMB will hold 70% and 30% respectively in joint-venture company Kerambit Industries Sdn Bhd. KMB's contribution is the land, worth RM2.3mil.
