PETALING JAYA: They call Lee Hao Hin the 'Little Warrior'. At seven years old and weighing a mere 12.7kg, Hao Hin is fighting a battle that many cannot imagine enduring.
The 12.7kg small-sized boy must endure 15 different medications every single day. And this has been a lifelong battle he has been fighting since the day he was born.
And the treatment and medicine needed for Hao Hin is very expensive and Persatuan Kebajikan Sayap Kasih Malaysia, the child's caregiver, is seeking support from the public to help the young boy continue his journey of life.
Hao Hin was born with a genetic defect and with a rare developmental and epileptic encephalopathy. It can cause seizures, intellectual disability, autistic features, and structural abnormalities in the brain. He also cannot speak, sit, walk, or even stand on his own like other children.

His 15 daily medications on his “survival list”: multivitamin syrups, types of sleep medication, anti-epileptic drugs, medications for muscle tone disorder and gastrointestinal medicines.
The association said in a press release that their social workers are always impressed with the young boy, as despite everything, Hao Hin still smiles and is always very grateful when they attend to him.'
To ensure this little warrior can continue his treatment, the association are trying to raise RM32,000 for his medical and living expenses.
The contribution will be used for: Medical bills & follow-up consultations; Physiotherapy & speech therapy; 24-hour professional caregiving; Special formula milk & nutritional supplements; Diapers and other daily consumables; Feeding tube and essential medical supplies.
The association added: "Your support is not just a kind gesture — it is a lifeline. Together, we can give Hao Hin the fighting chance he deserves."
